RAGOT CAD/CAM SERVICES was created in November 1998. Paul Ragot is the company founder and owner. Paul has been working with CAD/CAM software since 1991, in Paris, France. That first job, for 3 years, was technical support, training and postprocessor writing for a CAD/CAM software reseller. The next job was as a user, in Nova Scotia, as a designer/NC programmer of brass radiator tanks, for 4 years.
Paul has over 17 years of relevant experience training, using, installing and supporting users of CAD/CAM software.
Ragot CAD/CAM Service's first activity was contract design with 3D solid modelling CAD software. Main business consisted of designing plastic parts.
Then in January 2000, I signed with a CAD software reseller of Montreal to be their exclusive agent in the Maritimes to sell their CAD software. This new business has encouraged me to pursue more reseller activity and in June 2000, I signed with InHouse Solutions to sell CNC programming software: MasterCam and DNC software: Cimco.
In July 2004, I became an authorized reseller of Romer portable Coordinate Measuring Machines and Verisurf CMM software to provide a complete CAD-based inspection solution that is flexible, powerful, affordable and easy to use. Verisurf is a Mastercam add-on.

My goal is to be the specialist to turn to when dealing with CAD/CAM/CMM/DNC issues whether it is understanding what and why all this software can do for your bottom line or being a supplier of training, software or related services such as CNC programming and contract measuring.
